Any interest in Mihec re-run of the 45 reversable pin 200 gr HP/230 gr solid?

Sure would like to see this one take off again. I'd love a 6 cavity (or4) brass.

I might be up for that depending on timeline. Already have two on order with him currently awaiting invoice.

Bad time of year, people still recovering from Christmas?

I also know Miha as just finished up several runs (I believe I read he had 4-5 batches going out over the last 3 weeks and one had over 75 molds as part of the GB) which may mean people have already spent mold money. I know I'm in that boat, but know this is a ways off from invoice so am willing to bank on saving up some extra between now and then.

You might want to send Mihec a pm. I just bought the 452-200 HP 4 cavity brass toward the end of feb based on a pm I sent him.

If this is the 452-200HP that he routinely runs (not the H&G), I remember he has a few 4 cavity molds left like jeffkopf said. If this group buy did get off the ground, I would love a 2 cavity version.

I picked up the 200gr HP RN (not the SWC pictured above) from an overstock as well, might try hitting him up. Its my favorite round for my 1911 and the penta HP looks cool for anyone noising around.

Basically, once there is enough interest generated for the new group buy someone will "honcho" it. At this point, pricing will be available and you can post in the actual group buy thread what mold options you want and your disguised email. MiHec will take it to machine, and send out invoices via Paypal to the disguised email you provided. The time it takes for the molds to be machined depends on MiHec's workload, with some being very fast and others being up to several years old. Given that this is a fairly simple design that has been done several times before, I don't imagine it will take too long.

Regardless of how long you wait, it's always worth it. MiHec's molds are more like works of art than they are tools.

Have to say I'm out on this one. I was able to pick up an overstock solid of this one from Miha's website that casts pretty well for me plus I have his 452-200 RNHP.

Highly recommend to anyone interested though. This is a great bullet to shoot.
