    Who can drill out a barrel, It is now a 50 and would like a 54

    likely any good machine shop could "drill out" your barrel. if you mean to re-bore/re-rifle I bumped up the posts with contact info for two of the best, Ed Rayl in West Virginia & Robert Hoyt in Pennsylvania. note the update on Robert's contact info.
