    Yes, lots.

Your rifle will tell you when you get the right diameter bullet, hardness, lube, and powder load. 2400 for moderate loads, Some form of 4895 with dacron filler for hunting loads.

Mine was unhappy with that bullet using 2400 at 17 grains. I believe this to be a sizing issue as these were 312' and my 1903a3 prefers something plus sized at 314". Strange I know but testing is believing.

Different bullet, but either the Lee 155 or Lee 160 tl, with 18 grs 2400 or 21.7 grs Rx7 will give MOA OR LESS in my o3s and a3's at 100 yds.

That is with lyman no.2 equ. Alloy.

My experience exactly! However, sizing for me is 0.314", basically enough to get the GC to hold. I have never gotten 1 MOA at 100 but two with irons and a sling is not too hard.

Group buy posts would be much appreciated on my end. Looking to start casting for rifle and need something to feed my Mod 70 and m1903 (not a3) sporterized.

May I ask what good accuracy is...I can not get mine to shoot , I expect 3/4" @ 100 yds?

My only scoped Mil-Surp is a K31. Not the worlds best cast platform (short throat) but I have plans to see what it can do with a new NOE K31 specific mold I got. I might be able to tighten up if the sights were less crude. I just added a fatter front post that I had custom made to get the rear aperture down to 300 yards instead of 700 yards. Next weekend I will give it a whirl. Nice shooting Quick, its great when a plan comes together.
