Hornady sells soft swaged lead bullets , 200 grain (#121008 SWC) , 230 grain (#12308 LRN) and 255 grain (#12458 FP) but they are all .454 sized.
What size do you need for the 455 Webly ? If .454 will work you are in business as they are soft lead.
These can be ordered from any Hornady supplier, good luck

Generally speaking, just about ANY swaged bullets can be expected to be pretty soft... they need to be so they can be swaged at reasonable pressures.

Second the Hornady. They work well in my Smith 25, (old one) with .456 chamber mouths.
