Mostly, honchoing is managing the list and keeping it updated on a regular basis.
You just have to stick with it.
If, as a Honcho, you keep it bumped to the top and keep it interesting,
more people will sign up and it may get made sooner.
Miha will keep an eye on it and perhaps answer questions from time to time.
When he is ready to run them he will become more involved.
The fact that he is talking to you is more than half the battle.
