anyone using the Lee 2-Cavity C225-55-RF 22 Caliber Bullet Mold for .223? looking at adding another mold to make bullets in and I realized that I use .22 caliber bullets for 3 different rifles so might be worth trying. looks like a nice bullet and should make for some fine plinking and even some varmint shooting if I can get a load that my rifles like

I use the NOE 225-55 which is much the same boolit.
Shoots like a champ in the .223s (AR and TC Encore)

I tried the Lee "Bator" bullet, but it would not feed in my AR. I'm now experimenting with it in .22 TCM.

Use it in a Howa Ranchland 1:12 twist with Accurate 5744. At 100 yards, this combo will yield slightly over a 1" group. in my brother in law's Savage, it will print just over a 1/2" at 100 yards. His has 6" more barrel length. Both .223 Rem. BHN 18, copper gas check, two layers of Lee Alox, sized to .224.
