No but that would be the way to do it. You will enjoy your MiHec molds!!!
I cast mostly HP's..... not so I can do that, because I don't have many trays set up like that, but that is the way to go if you want to coat boolits and move them easily without any worries about knocking them over.
I only have one little small dedicated nail tray, and I really only use it for tall HP rifle boolits.
I can do HPs and solid boolits on my nut trays and only knock over about 1 or 2 in 500, so I haven't had a lot of incentive to build the nail trays.

I've been doing it that way for several years it works just fine Drywall screws or sheet-metal screws
