A fellow gave me a couple of pounds of DuPont PB and I'd like to use it in Mouse Fart loads. Does any one else use it for this purpose?

I use it for subsonic rifle loads. It burns like trail boss and has low energy per grain.
I've used some of recent manufacture for .38 spl and .45 Colt. May or may not be the same formula from before Dupont had to sell off it's powder business.

Some years ago I did a few hundred in 30/30 for my brother and nephews using PB. They worked very well.
FWIW. PB was the only shotgun/handgun powder Pa would use.
