    Gun Trivia - Parts

I thought I would try to start a thread on this subject. We all acquire stuff for "someday"
Someday - when I get time.
Someday - when I find the parts.
    Someday - when ........

We all have gun parts that we think may be for this or that gun.

I have a mag (its removable so its not a clip housing) that I don't know what its for.

So to start it off - can anybody recognize this mag and tell me what gun its for?

So for 10 bragging points - who knows the answer?

    So 7.62 x 39. I tried a 308, too long.

I'd guess it's from a French MAS. But if 7.62x51 is too long, I'm wrong. Those are cartridges are 7.5x54. I give up.....

    Doesn't look like 223 ruger factory10 rounder

Doesn't look like typical AK 10 rounder

It does look like a double stack / double feed
Does look crude enough to be military...
Is the follower metal or plastic?
Any Idea how long you have had it?

Maybe a Egyptian Rasheed 7.62x39 Magazine

I was thinking Rasheed too, but it doesn't look quite right for that.

What about a 10 round mag for a German Stg 45 in 8x33mm?
