    Bullet Design and CG

I am wondering if there is any rule of thumb or experience that dictates where the center of gravity needs to for a bullet to be accurate in its flight.
Will a nose heavy bullet be as accurate as traditional designs given the same bullet OAL?
Does CG and rate of twist have a correlation?
It seems that the H&G 68 would have a rearward CG?
Also the Nozler 185 HP is known for accuracy in the .45 ACP round. Is that due to a rearward CG?
Also the .30 caliber 168 HPBT would be another example?
Any hollow point would move the CG to the rear?
Would a nose heavy bullet be more apt to tumble due to instability?
    Thoughts?
