Range Report my Ole 1892 38-40 Winchester

Well finally got to test my loads for my old 1892 Winchester in 38-40. Using the Lee TL401-175 Truncated Cone Boolits, Powder Coated. Pics below. Beautiful day out light breeze and 68f. Shot these on the Pistol range so only at 35 yrds. Anyway I'm happy and I may try and tweak the the loads a bit, all in all everything went well. Nice clean bore after 25 rds. 5 Loads with Unique at 7.0gr, 1.60 oal, 5 Unique at 6.8gr, 1.60 oal, 5 HP-38 at 6.0gr 1.60 oal, 5 Titegroup at 5.6gr 1.60 oal. Now keep in mind my eye sight sucks, seems like I can either see the sights well or the Target well. So I'm doing my best at holding a good sight picture. Targets below. And No Problems with feeding, I've heard these Truncated Cone don't feed well.

Looks like the HP38 loads are very promising. These pics are no good without pics of the rifle. Curious minds want to know. Frank
