    Redding Customer Service

I managed to loose the hex wrenches for the several sets of Redding dies I have bought over the years and I had several screw heads rounded out slightly on my lock rings. I called Redding and the answer was "No Problem" I get several out to you in todays mail. 10 days later I called back since they had not arrived and Chris apologized and said he would get more in the mail to me. This past weekend, both packages arrived within one day of each other, 2 days after my call. I called Chris back and offered to pay for the second package or return one package, his comment was "not necessary--Merry Christmas". That is the kind of service I have been getting from Redding for over 35 years now. They not only make top of the line dies but have top of the line service. james

Nothing but good to say about Redding customer service, on par with RCBS.

For awhile, I wasn't impressed, but tried again and they came through.

I have both rcbs and redding stuff.
redding is top of the line.
i have a couple of die sets and two wonderfully efficient T-7 turret presses!
Can our government survive the next 4 years?

Redding quality is top of the line and most folks never need "after market service" IMHO.

I use a lot of Redding products and never had to call Redding customer service but it is good to know they are on par with RCBS.

How you guys get in touch with the Redding people? I have tried it couple of times (email) but they never respond.

(RCBS has been totally different. Fast, friendly and positive response.)

For common calibers in common guns(as in 30-30/Marlin) most die sets work just fine, but when you use custom barrels or chamber work, top end dies are the best choice.

Every lawbreaker we allow into our nation, or tolerate in our citizen population leads to the further escalation of law breaking of all kinds and acceptance of evil.
Since almost all aspects of our cultural existence are LIBERAL in most states, this means that the nation is on a trajectory to dissolution by the burden of toleration and acceptance of LAWBREAKING as a norm, a trajectory back to the dark ages of history.
