FWIW I have found Blazer to be very accurate in numerous 10/22 builds and MKs

Seen Federal bricks for sale today in local shop, $29.95
During the 30 minutes the wife and I were shopping no one bought any.
Our local wally world has thunderbolt bricks for 35.98 but they are not moving many. There are some CCI and Rem shorts here and there for about the same price but they aren't moving many either.
The local Gander Mountain has had some in stock the last two weeks. It's always the way. They have it before Christmas and Father's Day so they can sell guns to kids. If they still have any after mid January I'll be impressed. Not for the prices you guys are seeing. Best is about .08 a round. Most, like CCI minicabs are .10.
No Thunderbolt which is too bad as our Marlins like that best.
Thunderbolt was always a good round for a good price. Hope to see some after the new year.
May all your bullets find the Bullseye.
I walked around the gunshow in Raleigh a few weeks ago for a couple of hours and I didn't see anyone buying 22lr and very few buying powder. The 8lb jug of Bullseye that was priced $145 OTD was still there when I left. It looks to me like on the powder side everyone has bought about all they can stand and store. We may be getting there on the 22lr.

I was in Cabela's in Kalispell MT yesterday as they were putting a few bricks of Win 22 on the shelf at $54 each. Several people that were milling around looked and left without buying as did I.
Powder is pretty easy for me to get now and primers are cheap at the gunshow. When I go to bass pro they have 17hmr but never .22. Very rarely see 22 at walmart.
Local Cabela's has 22's every Tuesday morning at 27-33 dollars a brick. Walmart has been getting them in a 27 for 550 rounds.
I went into my local Farm King store today and boy did I get a surprise. They had box after box of 22lr on the shelf at what seems like good prices.
Federal auto match 325 round boxes for $26.
Winchester M22 1000 round boxes for $60
CCI standard velocity loads 100 round boxes for $8.50
The bulk boxes were out on the counter and there were no limits. You could buy all you wanted. It felt strange after being so long without seeing any.
I went a few miles to my "local" gun shop and they had large quantities of 22lr as well. Prices were similar.
Looks like 22lr is making a come back.
Our local Walmart is closing it's doors here so that leaves a couple mom & pop stores and Fred Meyer to find 22lr. Hopefully that changes when the new Sportsmans Warehouse store opens up here this spring.
Well, when I see Thunderbolt for $60 a brick and CCE Standard Velocity for $50 a brick at Palmetto State online:

I have to think we still have a ways to go.
Last gun show I went to 6 weeks or so ago, there were two vendors with Thunderbolt at $40/brick.
Was in Gander this week and again they just had an empty spot where the 22 should be.
I just got a box of 525 loose Fed 22 golden bullets for $28 at my wmt. They seem to have a steady supply now.

I saw more 22 lr than I have been seeing at a local gun show.
Prices haven`t dropped.....dale
Made a great buy at Walmart today 1000 Winchester M22 Long Rifle for $54.43
None at my Walmart. no 22win mag. or 17's either
There is always a table or two of 22 lr at my local gunshow the prices are still really high and no one is buying it. I hope the guy gets stuck with it all. It would serve him right gouging everyone for the past few years.
Hear, hear! I feel the same way. I hope all those gougers choke on it. And no its not soir grapes. I didnt ever buy any gouger priced .22. I had quite a few cases before the shortage and still have plenty left.
Reloading have bean berry, berry goot to me!
