I have an older Alliant manual that lists load data for 124 gr and 147 grain. The max for 124 gr is 6.6 grains. The max for 147 grain is 5.7 grains. The 132 you are interested in should be about half way in between them. Start lower and work up.

I shoot 5.8gr under a 124gr jacketed bullet. It's not a max load, but it closely resembles a 124gr Hornady XTP factory load...they both clock around 1050fps out of my 3" Kahr.

I finally obtained a feedback post!

5.6 grains with a 130 grain NOE HP works very well in my S&W 99 and old 39-2.

My LEE 356-125 weighs in at 128 grains. I get 1000 fps with 4.8 grains Power Pistol out of my M&P Pro.
