I can only tell you about previous runs of the 432256 (.432" dia.) with 95.5/3 and 1.5% tin. Of 4 different production runs 1 was exactly .432" and 3 were just over. I size .431+ and the drive bands come out flawless.

I have the 4c HP too. It makes hollow points fun! I've shot a ton of the solids.

    Edit: Recount, closer to 50,000

P.S. What size do these drop approximately?
Let me know which pins you would like and what diameter you would like to order, .432 or .434. Thanks!

I'll do .432. I want both round HP pins and also the penta (just cause they look cool).

First we need to sell enough molds that we are the most pressing thing on Miha's long list. On past runs once the machining starts they are out the door in less than a week.

This is the best of the Keith bullets for 44 Mag. The 429421 was developed for the 44 Special and mold manufacturers had their way with it most notably reducing the width of the front band. The #503 has a .1" front band which just penetrates the throat of many revolvers eliminating the jump to the throat. The cramer version makes hollow points fun. Tell your friends we'll sell a bunch.

If you really need the mold email Miha. Even though a buy is running he may have a mold left from a previous run. There are a minimum of 4 versions of each mold, one version may not have sold out.

reduction of the front band and the grease grooves were changed over the years. With today's lubes, I guess that isn't a big deal but it's nice to have one of the original designs and not one that was altered over time. We will keep it open until Miha says close it. Then it usually runs pretty fast at that point. You get invoice, pay and mold is on the way. Until we sell a few more and Miha says it's time, there is no way to say when it will ship or be ready.

Thanks, Zeus. I'm just excited to get it. I love my 45-270-SAA 4-cavity that he made me and I know the 503 will be just as nice. I love them when they are shiny and new.

Just saw the new group buy on the Mihec H&G 503. Having never done this type of transaction, can the 2 cavity HP version be changed out to make a solid. Friend of mine had one of these from an earlier group buy and it made the most beautiful as well as accurate bullet my 44 flattop shot. Would love the HP version for hogs and deer.

Between Zeus's original post description, the picture of ohnomrbillk's mold, and Mal Paso's posted drawing, I cannot tell if this is actually a PB or GC mold. Could someone elaborate on the boolit base (or base options) for this group buy? Thanks!

Is the price for the 6 cav aluminum solid available, or did I overlook it somewhere?

I'm in for a 4 cavity HP Small and large pins .432" please! Is it safe to assume that the pins are reversible to allow for a solid as usual? Also why no penta pins? I would really like that.

won der wolf at gmail. c0m

Maybe this and the mihec's other keith style 361627 will ship at the same time, I know a lot of us have been waiting a long time (2 years +) for that one to run and a few are starting to jump ship, though I do realize there are molds out there that have longer waits there are 32 people still on the list for 361627. Worth the wait though!

Miha, what sort of sprue plate arrangement will there be on the 6-cav solids? And what price, please.

I'm thinking of two 6-cavs, one each in 432 and 434.
