X ring services - Martini Henry and Snider moulds

Just got my .472 mould for the martini henry from Xring services (xringservices@yahoo.com) and it's an awesome mold. bullets come out nice, concentric and exactly at spec. I ordered it with regular shipping and got it in 3 days!
just placed an order for the .60 mould for the Snider and anticipate the same results.
good mould from a good vendor, deserves our support.

    Dogmower,

Did you slug your barrel for .472?
    What Mark is your Martini?
    What brass?

I did buy some brass from X-ring - looks good and a good price. Also he also selling 577/450 die sets - dies and molds on ebay....

I have one of his 577/450 molds, I'd be happy to ship out a few as cast if anyone needs to see them. I'm sure we can arrange a trade.

I took my new X-Ring 577-450 Martooney mould outside and gave it a shot of brake kleen (just in case of any coolant still in it), did a smoke job with some burning paper towels in my bbq & brought it inside. After heating it up on top of the melt, I poured out 25 big perfect slugs. A great mould. If only all my moulds were that good!

...............Do they have a website? I have a MkIV military 577-450, a sporter in that cartridge and 2 Sniders. A rifle and a carbine. I have moulds for them all, but always interested in seeing more

I do not think he has a website. Martyn is a one man shop, maybe considered a serious hobbyist. Could not ask for a more personable guy.

    An e-mail addy; xringservices@yahoo.com

My X-ring mold looks very similar to an Accurate mold.
