Amy experience with N.O.E._314-196-FN in a mosin

I have th NOE 198 gr 311365 Spire Point GC and PB combo mold.
It is Excellent, and very accurate with Reloader 7 powder and I have loaded up to 29.0 gr so far.
Oh, BTW, I ESPC the Boolits with Smokes Carolina Blue.
I size them to .311 to shoot out of a .310 Finn M27 that I sporterized many years ago.
The PB Boolit shoots just as well at these volocities

Correction;
I am up to 30.5 of reloader 7 with the GC style boolit .
And have loaded the same Boolits with IMR4227 up to 30.0 grains with excellent results.
Carolina Blue is my color for any boolit sized to .311.
The 8mm's are John Deere Green. and the 35 Whelens are Signal Blue.
The .316 are currently Flame Red or the Traffic Orange or Traffic Yellow for the .309's
I haven't come up with a system or code for the handguns yet.

That is a whole LOT of unsupported nose hanging out there on that thing. I think as long as you don't push it any faster than about 1400 fps it might work.
