The whole concept of the "Straight Shooter" is based on the sites disclamer that they are not the ones liable for that. IT is a reference given by us. It is sacrosant, the idea that a vendor uses it as there NAME is wrong.

According to Webster it has been in use meaning honest since 1928. Wouldn't a prudent person ask how long they have been using that name before calling them out. It looks like a member has been buying their product and talked them into supporting the board. Are you really going to browbeat them for that? Since the owner of the site welcomed them aboard that implies he has given his blessing.
