    BTSniper Pneumatic Derim Press!

Here it is! Finally after all these years I have perfected a pneumatic press that will make deriming 22lr brass so easy it will become boring.

I am very pleased to offer a press that will no doubt be a life saver for anyone truly interested in making a lot of quality 22lr jackets from 22lr brass. This is the same components to the press that I have been using for years. It took me this long to achieve what I felt was a top quality press worth of the BTSniper logo.

What you get with this press!

    - BTSniper quality
    - 800+ cycles (derimed jackets) per hour when deriming 22lr brass with ZERO FATIGUE!
    - 2oz of lube
    - plastic tub to use for applying lube to jackets
    - one liter bottle to catch derimed brass
    - derim die and base punch already installed in press set to go!
    - Nitride case hardened ram for long life, strength and smooth operation

Everything you need, simply plug the press in and GO! You will need an air compressor with a regulator to allow for 70-90psi operation and an air hose long enough to get from compressor to the press.

I have 5 presses ready to ship.

    Check out the pics!

I only have five to offer at the moment. These do not take me as long to put together as my dies do, I expect to have more presses ready within about 4-12 weeks after these first five sell.

MSRP of this press is $1495.00 plus actual shipping and insurance to CONUS only. I checked from Portland OR. to Portland ME at about $92 for USPS priority mail, I imagine insurance will be about $30 in addition to that. I only have five available ready to ship at the moment. PM or email with "I'll take it" has priority according to time stamps, no layaways or payment plan options.

If you have been deriming 22lr brass with a manual press and are tired of the effort and ready for an easier way, you need this press! It will be easy to make enough 22 cal jackets to cover a life time of your shooting needs, and if that isn't enough it will be no effort at all to make a life time supply for many more shooters.

Been a long day, but I wanted to get these pics up now for you guys to see what I have available for immediate purchase.

Feel free to inquire with any questions.

    Brian

Will it work with a 40 cal debuldge die from redding? If so, I'll take the first one.

    Yes!

I have included a list of approved operations for this press. I will continue to evaluate the potential of this little press and add to this approved list of operations as liability and safety concerns permit.

Here is the approved list as it appears in the instructions for this press.

Approved use and applications for this press

-Deriming 22lr brass with corresponding 22lr derim die and punch, pressure not to exceed 90 PSI, use plenty of quality swage lube.

-Deriming 22mag or trimmed 17hmr brass with corresponding derim die and punch, pressure not to exceed 90 PSI, use plenty of quality swage lube.

-Sizing 40S&W brass using a Lee or Redding “bulge busting” die with corresponding punch, brass must be pushed through die upside down base first, pressure not to exceed 90 PSI, use plenty of quality swage lube.

-Sizing down fully annealed and clean 5.7x28 brass with corresponding draw die and punch, pressure not to exceed 90 PSI, use plenty of quality swage lube.

Any alterations to the press or operations outside of the approved use and applications I have set forth will be conducted at the operators own risk and negate BTSniper llc. of any and all liabilities should damages or injuries occur.

Common since will go a long way with the use of a press like this, use it wisely and it will save you countless hours of labor and physical effort in your swaging needs.

    Thanks

    Brian

    Hey Brian,

I have been looking at you pneumatic press and trying to decide if I can justify saving my pennies for one. Is your setup beefy enough to size down 9mm cases (annealed) and eventually 223 to .30 caliber (Say in 2 passes, and annealed before each pass)?

If it could do both of these I may have to save quarters instead of pennies.

I'll get a reply to you via PM as soon as I can. I have done exactly what you speak of but it does require a bit of caution.
