    Charlie Darnall, in California is the maker of the Free Chex product.
    He has a web site. You should call Charlie, and have conversation with him about the various designs he has available. I know he's currently doing the new Free Chex IV, which I have in 38 caliber. It's the best design yet!!!

    He still shows Free Chex II design as available:
    FreeChex II price range is $57-$70. FreeChex III price is $110.10 including shipping. The new Free Chex IV is a little more, at $150, but well worth it!!

    Why do you think i'm looking for a used or older unit. I can't afford those prices for a new one

    Just got the hospt. bill guess a gas check tool is out of the question.
