Benjamin Discovery Chrono results with H&N Baracuda Hunter Extreme 9.26 gr. pellets

    Hand pumped to 2,000 PSI

    943 FPS
    935
    933
    930
    936 ( Approx.1,800 PSI here)
    926
    927
    924 ( Approx. 1,700PSI here)
    919
    919

    For first 10 shots

    930 FPS Avg / 24 Es / 7 Sd

    At approx. 1,050 PSI shot # 21 / 833 FPS

Shot # 23 same point of impact at 20 yards as shot # 1.

FWIW These pellets are extremely accurate in my Disco in fact they are the second most accurate of dozen I have tried. Thirty year old Beeman Silver Jet are the most accurate to date.

Not bad but there is no bell curve . If you had one you would get more shoots per fill . I do not know if you went by the rifle gauge or the pump gauge . But my new 22 Disc gauge is way off . When I fill to 2000 psi by my tank gauge the rifle gauge is 3/4 of the way through the red . But that gives me a good curve and 20 shoots per fill . Try another 100 psi and see what happens . My .177 disc liked cph 10.5 when I had it .Marvin

My rifle gauge and pump gauges match however rifle only has 1K and 2K lines so between PSIs are approx. . I have a Shoebox Max and Guppy tank with duel gauges ordered so I will have yet another gauge for reference and my guess is the tank gauge on output to rifle will be more accurate than present ones. WIth a tank gauge it should be easy to connect and check rifle PSI at any given point also but maybe not as it depends on how course the gauge reading are..

Post here explains Bell Curve or PSI versus FPS and shot count. best part right below first set of targets.

Looks like I could perhaps cut another 1 to 1-1/2 turns off of spring but I will give it some time to settle and re test first.
