Just got my new chrono!
Worked great when I tested it with my pellet gun.

Pulled out my LCP. Plan was to chrono a 5 shot string of factory, then a 5 shot string of my pc-cast.
First shot without the chrono to make sure I still knew how to hit the target. Impact about 3" lower than point of aim (just like normal).
Second shot with the chrono. Same impact point, but got an ERR3 reading.
Adjusted all angles. Third shot - right thru the face of the chrono (DANGGIT!!)
Observations:
1. the chrono's iPhone interface still works!
2. The first two shots went about 8" into the bucket of rubber mulch at 30ft.
3. The chrono shot only went 3" into the chrono.
4. Less damage to the rubber trap bullets
too bad that Lexan face plate wasn't about an inch thick!
5. No clue how fast any of the shots were!
At least its still functional. Maybe I'll start with the more accurate 1911 next time....
