I have mentioned before , but maybe this is a good place to bring it up again. I have found a NuWave oven (or the generic counterparts) to be the perfect pc oven for boolits. The convection unit is at the top of the hood, so set up your bullets once and set the oven over them. Click image for larger version.

I'm gonna find one of them at the right price on fleabay one of these days. That has gotta be THE WAY to coat the tall rifle boolits that I can't move easily.

Click on the link in BJ's post, in the page that opens up on the right side towards the top will be a header named "group tools". Click on that and then click on join group. It will ask you if you really want to join the group, click yes. Then you have to wait until BJ approves your request. Once approved, enjoy the new group.

I keep switching back and forth between espc and dry tumble methods, but am definitely powder coat only now. I like the absolutely smooth finish espc gives, but like the easy and less messy dry tumble method that gives a satisfactory finish.

Now I have to look for an additional unit to go with my toaster oven
    - but I already use the hot air cooker in the kitchen for cooking but I know I can't use it for both.

At the top of any page in this forum is a header bar that has many different thing you can navigate to. Click on Community and a list pops up, then click on groups.

If you LUV PC and Technicolor boolits.....and not mining lead from your barrels.......or breathing grease smoke......you are most welcome! Share your ideas!

We will be putting together some concise directions for ESPC and BBDT with the input of the group members. It will be available to all new coaters so they will not have to read thru hundreds of posts!

Once you "play around" with the ESPC gun and get all the little tweaks (air pressure, knob settings, spray technique, etc) figured out, you will love it. Not that difficult! ESPC is my (and many others on here) go-to quality standard for even, perfect, quality coats every time.
