I think I'm about to make up a half dozen of jeepy's dispensers - a great easy idea deserves to be stole - er - borrowed!

different sizes for brass, bullets, shotgun hulls, wads, gas checks

It's very handy. After using it, I find it hard to believe that someone doesn't make one out of plastic commercially. Borrow away!!!

That is cool but needs explaining. Like how do you fill and seal it and what is that silver stuff it rolls on. Duct tape?

I added a filler piece of PVC at the neck/reducer so the red drain plug fits, tighten the thumb screw and it's good to go. Don't use warm or hot water, sigh...... the plug will not hold pressure and makes a mess. That oops is the only leak or issue I've had.

The silver material is like double sided tape but does not compress, helps reduce slipping. Tried an inner tube but still had some slippage. The motor was scavenged, already had the pulley on the shaft. The pulley on the tumbler is 5" or 6" and the tumbler runs at about 75-100 RPM.

On the inside I glued 1" PVC cut in half to help with the tumbling. I'm not sure on total capacity, about 500 .556, 1500-2000 22lr cases. I have a deep well sink in the basement so I dump in the SS pins, citric acid, cases to the neck, fill with COLD water to the neck, add dish soap, insert the plug, give a shake to make sure everything is tight. Dry the body, put on the rollers, plug in and let it do it's thing.

LOL I'll post a picture of my PVC hydraulic (water) sausage stuffer later - that beast can make quite a mess when you forget which way to turn the water valve

OJC, I made something similar except I used a motor off a sewing machine, and used the foot pedal to run the thing. Unfortunately, someone needed the sewing machine and I had to give up the motor. It didn't work all that well, the rpm was way too high.
