    Swaging videos

I want to start posting some videos of my swaging setup if anyone wont mind my dingy 70's wood paneling basement in the background. I feel I have some tips and tricks to contribute but am self conscious about the background...

My focus would be on your swaging activities, not the scenery

I love home DIY videos, especially those done in some guy's garage & I can tell his garage is messier than mine...LOL!!!

I assure you everyone is interested in what you're doing not the background.

I just bought the house in August and started working on it and the basement flooded so the area I've been segregated to is less than Ideal. Anyways I figured its no big deal, just when I get ready to take some video I think "why would anyone show off this mess?"
There is a lot of construction going on that's all.

I personally wouldn't care if you filmed in an outhouse
But having shot plenty of videos myself, a white sheet directly behind your bench may help. The white helps bounce the light a bit and helps the small fiddly parts stand out. Especially if you're trying to zoom in.

    Either way, go for it!

I do videos in my basement and it is unfinished and normally packed with a bunch of **** LOL! My reloading benches are normally so cluttered you can't see the tops. I tried to start a thread a while back where I urged all the swagers to post videos for both the "experts" and "newbies". It didn't take off very well LOL. Maybe your thread will catch on! I hope so because I would love to see others' swaging setups.

The paneling in my basement is from the early 60s.

    "Wheres the clicker"?

The only clicker we had was my Dad asking one of us kids to change the channel or adjust the volume.......

I didn't know that clicker was a world wide descriptor for the TV remote. I thought it was just another Pittsburgh ism . Accrually it has been used universally as a slang for other remote devices with buttons.
