I have found that I need to use jacketed bullet load data with my pc'd bullets to get good performance. Still no leading.

Slim is correct. That's how I do it. The only problem is missing a bullet or 2 when separating bullets from the BB's.
I'm going to srart with 440gr .501s so losing one in the BBs shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'm still trying to get an answer on what BBs to use. My local Wal-Mart has them on clearance but no black. The next one up the interstate which I'll be driving past later today has the heavy (.25gram) black. Are these heavy black ones the ones that are supposed to be the best?

The heavy black ones are the ones I use without issue. I don't know if they are the best though as they are all I have used.
Tenbender - cut your air pressure down and only put a few inches of powder in the gun jug. When I started I just screwed the white jug onto the gun and sprayed with 25-30 psi. Didn't work well. Been doing this for 3 years now, used a white and most of a red. Used a couple tablespoons of Smoke's gloss black this year. Size is still king.
Whatever!
I struck out. The web site said they were in stock but they were not. I picked up 5000 .20gram white BBs for $5 on clearance. At least I found out why they are on clearance. They are getting ready to put out the newest line of products. The guy said check back in a couple weeks and all the new stock should be out.
I guess in the meantime I could try to tumble some using the white BBs. I read at least one post that stated he got acceptable results using the white BBs.

Others have also stated you don't need the Airsoft BBs and several you tube videos show the same but most use a tumbler in one way or another. A few have done it with out the tumbler and no BBs but I need to try it first But need to get off my duff and cast some boolits first.

I have a small vibratory tumble that has 3 or 4 drums that you can change out. I've used one before to moly coat j-word bullets. Do you guys think that this would also make a good PC tumbler? If so how long would you run it?

I tried it in my Lyman 1200 tumbler and it works fine without the plastic bb's. It also only took 30 seconds or less to get a good coating on the bullets. This was with powder by the pound orange powder. My problem was the powder didn't want to let go of the plastic bowl of the tumbler either. I just put bullets in till there was an even layer all the way around and put a teaspoon of powder in and plugged it in. as soon as I saw the bullets were coated, I unplugged it. Then set the bullets on a tray to bake.
