Old Dupont 3031 into a .243 case below a Hornady 60 grain BTHP.
That was back in the late 70's, still have that can, powder is still good. (But I'm trying to use it up)

700X in a .38 Special case.
You can miss fast & you can miss a lot, but only hits count.
Either 3031 or 4895 , IMR that is, In 30/06, with 150 gr hornady jacketed bullets, using old military brass that a friend gave me , and a lee loader that would not size all the brass small enough to fit the chamber, for a mauser action sporter that had a 2 groove springfield barrel fitted to it by a real gunsmith, that I got for $45 in 1967 and regret not still having it. It was life changing.

Too long ago don't remember, I was using a Lee wackamole in .44 mag.
IMR 4350 in my Rem 700 ADL / .243 Winchester under a Hornady 100gr BTSP in 1985. I still have part of the can and most of the bullets sitting in my stash right now. Don't think I've even fired that rifle in 20+ years.
Bullseye in .44 S&W Russian in 1963. Still have the square tin can holding tools on workbench.

In 1975 it was 3031 in a 32 Special loaded with Lee tools. Close on it's heels was 700x in a Lee Load All my dad got me for Christmas in 1977. He didn't realize what a monster was being created. Forty years later and a pile of big game behind me and none of it taken with factory ammo.
Only left handed guns are interesting!
Bullseye into a 45ACP.
IMR-4895 in a 30-06, around 1968. I still have that first reloaded cartridge!
Either 231 for the 9mm, or Bullseye for 38 WC.
Bothe were so close to the same time. I'm gonna go with the 38 WC. Those were the first two cartriges I loaded for.
748 was the first rifle powder for .223
