AR 15 where do i start?

Looking into casting for my AR 15 it has a 1:9 twist . Looking for info/advice on boolit design ,lubes,coatings, gas checks and loads for reliable cycling. I know its a broad question but im just looking for a starting point so i dont waste a lot of time energy and $$$$ on the project!

well your gonna waste a lot of time, energy, and some $$$$ on this project.
that's how it works.
do a search on the subject you should be able to read how I and others do it and we can avoid the whole the boolits are spinning too fast argument, and get you into working on what you want.

I have only test to aprox. 60' but holes touch in a 5 shot round

It is spread throughout the cast boolits site so you have to look pretty much everywhere for it.
