I have had to hire an attorney to file a claim with customs to get the parts released. The claim was filed July 17th and customs has 90 days to decide if they will release the item or if I have to go to court over it. The attorney tells me 95% of the time they release the item rather than fight it as it just isnt worth it to them but that they usually do so at the 11th hour so I should plan on it being most of the 90 days. I apologize for this to all of you and will again re-iterate if you want a refund just email me at wiljen.wj (at) gmail.com and I will do so. I understand the frustration and believe you me, you aint alone.

Hi Folks, based on my past conversations, and interactions with Wiljen, he is a stand up guy! And I cannot forget to mention that I love the product! If they come at Christmas or Easter , I am in it for the long haul and I pray this hiccup with customs does not mean the end of future flashlight orders,,,, I will cry if it does.

why don't you post a way for us to send you some money to help with the lawyers. I don't have much but if everyone kicked in 20 bucks or so im sure it would help. You've done is a great service by providing these lights over the years and Id sure hate to see you get discouraged and stop doing them.
