when comes to the magic 7's ie7 gr of powder loads, Herco, 800x, unique, all will work well. The 800x loads with 220 ish can go to 12 gr, Paco not with standing, the Herco loads can go up to 13.5 gr and Unique can go to 10 gr., Glad to know about the WSF may need it in the future. At one time Since I never shot heavier than 220-240 gr I had one powder, 800x. Now because I have a big wildcat .41 Redhawk, I do shoot up to about 260 gr but not with the shotgun powder. But I have killed deer with a 285 gr SSK mold in a 6" Dwa with 10 gr of 800x load. That is not a recommendation. Currently I am using HS6 in my .41 with a 225 gr HP Keith from an NOE mold. I use the starting load from Hogdons as that is more than enough for my 4 5/8" Blackhawk, which is my companion to my 16.5" .41 HENRY
As to my bullets I can go from 198 hpgc to210gr cup point, 212 pentapoint, to 230 lfn all from a group buy Mia mold, to 240 gr Lee swc. 237 gr hp Keith to 237 solid Keith, 237 gr big HP, 252gr cup to 258 WLn from an NOE ,,210 gr Lee tumble lube, 255gr WLNGC Mountain mold. 12 I reckon that is enough. I just need a few more .41s

WSF is a powder that seems to be often overlooked. In mid range 41's it works well and in hot 45ACP revolver loads it works really well, think 250 grain 45ACP pin loads!

Is that what you call mould "pour" ha ha ha. I have one SSK 300 double. Never been heated up. Two Lyman 410459 doubles. I run both of these when casting, 4 cavities are to heavy. One RCBS 210 grain. This one never shot to well in my model 57. Then the 6 hole .411 Ranch Dog gc. This is a fine casting mould, and the slugs shoot very good.
So, I dont have as big a problem as you apparently do, maybe you should go to one of the moulds anonymous meetings?

I should explain-- the MIA mold has pins, and makes 4 different bullets
the tow NOE molds have pins and each make 3 different bullets -- so from 3 different molds I can make 10 different bullets- I do have 5 different molds hence the 12 different bullet
