Where to buy custom Lee type sizing dies?

My big bore air rifle barrel slugs at .4516. I bought a Lee sizing die for. 452. Problem is the die drops bullets that are egg shaped from. 451 to. 45255. As a result my accuracy is horrible. where can I purchase a die that is closer to groove diameter and will size round bullets?

You can lapp it round. Pick up a poplar or oak dowel 1/2" in dia and cut off 8" long. put in drill press and with coarse snad paper and or file work down to straight snug fit in the sizing die. coat dowel with fine lapping compound in the 320-400 grit range. Tighten 2 7/8 14 nuts together over threads this makes a better hand hold and helps keep threads from cutting hand. SOwest speed on drill press and work sizing die over dowel making about a 2-3 stroke quickly you want polish lines to cross over each other not be rings around inside of die. Brass or lead would be better for this but harder to form. Work for a few minutes like this clean and size a bullet or 2 and see where your at. Keep working till you get where you want it.

Buckshot makes very good ones, cheaper than Lee makes custom ones if I remember correctly.

They sell custom Lee sizing dies as well as custom expander dies that fits in a Lee powder thru die (their expander is not powder thru). Lee will make custom dies, but they are cheaper from track of the wolf.

    Another vote for Buckshot!

He made me a custom .268 sizing die a few years back when I first was getting into casting for T38 Arisakas.
