Ancient Symbols For Lead, Antimony, and Tin

I was reading about a band I listened to back in the 70s, Blue Oyster Cult, and it said their band symbol was an ancient symbol for lead. Got me to thinking about such symbols. I will post it, but thought I would start with some Alchemy symbols that I saw:

Lead is the first and oldest of the seven metals of alchemy (gold, silver, mercury, copper, lead, iron & tin). The symbol for lead was also used to represent the planet Saturn in astrology.

Antimony-The metal antimony symbolizes the animal nature or wild spirit of man and nature, and it was often symbolized by the wolf.

Tin is one of the seven metals of alchemy (gold, silver, mercury, copper, lead, iron & tin). The symbol for tin could also be used to represent the planet Jupiter in astrology.

The hook-and-cross logo was designed by Bill Gawlik[2] in January 1972,[11] and appears on all of the band's albums.[10] In Greek mythology, "... the hook-and-cross symbol is that of Kronos (Cronus), the king of the Titans and father of Zeus ... and is the alchemical symbol for lead (a heavy metal), one of the heaviest of metals."[12] Sandy Pearlman considered this, combined with the heavy and distorted guitar sound of the band and decided the description "heavy metal"[13] would be aptly applied to Blue Öyster Cult's musical sound. The hook-and-cross symbol also resembled the astrological symbol for Saturn, the Roman god of agriculture,[14] and the sickle, which is associated with both Kronos (Cronus) and Saturn (both the planet and the Roman god).[15]The logo's "... metaphysical, alchemical and mythological connotations, combined with its similarity to some religious symbols gave it a flair of decadence and mystery ..."

    Another tidbit
The addition of the umlaut was suggested by Allen Lanier, but rock critic Richard Meltzer claims to have suggested it just after Pearlman came up with the name, reportedly "because of the Wagnerian aspect of Metal".[9] Other bands later copied the practice of using umlauts or diacritic marks in their own band names, such as Motörhead, Mötley Crüe, Queensr˙che and Spın̈al Tap.

Did he listen to Blue Oyster Cult in the 70s? They put on an awesome show at the Swing Auditorium in San Bernardino circa 1976.

Don Young hears the the sound of money, as in huge investment opportunities in the pot medical business.

Just listened to The Red and the Black yesterday.

Great song with the classic lyric... "Horn swoop me Bongo Pony on dog sled on ice".

I know. True that, Brother. True. That.
