    Broken Lyman universal decap post

Could not find the replacement on their stupid website. Called and stayed online for 20 minutes got a nice sounding girl on customer service. She could not find it either.

I stayed on the line and she came back with the answer stating she cheated and asked a co-worker finally she found a page I could order from but said we can do it on the phone.

I upped the anti then and asked for M die inserts to change the die without spending $25 each, another 20 minutes but she found them at $6.50 each. Put in my order or several I wanted. Order done and then she said it will be 5-7 days before they ship.

She agreed the web site sucks and it needs new IT I hope they did not record as she deserved a medal for her help.

I broke mine, called Lyman, and to get a replacement from them would cost more than the whole die cost originally. Midway sold me the new pin for a more realistic price.
