    I cut a piece of cardboard to fit in the box, then tape the mold halves seperately to the cardboard. The cardboard is long enough to fold over the taped mold halves and fit in the box. Then I tape over the entire outside of the box. Have not had any complaints.

    Not sure this is required in all cases, but never hurts. I can only comment on the packing of molds I've received. Most have been well packed. We could all take a lesson from Miha. His travel a long way and have always arrived in excellent shape.
