Years ago when I used to haunt eBay looking for boolit moulds suppository moulds showed up fairly frequently. The seller was always vague on the caliber.

    Well, wouldn't you be??

No self-respecting person wants to admit that they are a .50 caliber, when they used to be a .22!!

A little lube and i'd bet cast glue and wax boolits would be possible. You could shave off the excess for a flat bottom.

I dunno. Is it a bore rider, or a nose rider?
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.
John Taylor - "African Rifles and Cartridges"

Forget everything you know about loading jacketed bullets. This is a whole new ball game!

    What a mold though.
Call it a "double decker pooper wrecker".

There are bound to be a bunch of us, who have cabin fever, thats long past funny.
    Threads like this prove it.
BTW It's 74*, the sun is shining bright, birds are singing, and some folks here are mowing grass. Even my arthritis is better. It must be Spring, finally.
