What is your alloy? Are you using straight Linotype or something like it? I assume you are wanting to size to .432, it that correct?

    2 dogs,
Mine are comming out @ .432 and average 314 gr. This is with WW +2% tin babbitt and 2% mag shot. I cast a 30 cal ammo can full and the cavities were very consistant for weight and diameter.

Yup, mine drops them at 309 grs and 0.432" using WW + 2% tin. - without GC and lube.

The underweight issue seems to point to a miscalculation when the bullet was designed, and the undersize the same or when it was cut.

The way it is, it offers no big advantage over the Lee 310gr mold I already had, except it's a bit fatter.

Took them out and shot them in my old Second Model Marlin 444 and just used open sights . No scope or peep sight .

And they did alright at 50 yards , when I go back friday or saturday I hope to have a peep at least or possibly a scope mounted .

I want to see what they will do at 100 yards , I am hoping for three in 2"
