If you read the Lee website, you can send them pictures of the broken parts and that is sufficient for replacement.
I chuck the deburring tool in my drill press and freehand push the case against the cutter. That is faster for me than chucking and unchucking the case. Leave it running and don't be starting and stopping the motor.
Every time I'm about to do something, I think "Would an idiot do this?" and if he would, I do not do that thing

If I had a 55-gallon drum full of that H1 brass, I'd invest in the tool that sinclair sells to ream it to standard diameter. That, or a set of numbered drill bits. I would punch all of the flash holes out, and then forget about them. Any less, and I'd probably just scrap them; .223 brass is cheap.

I can not brag enough on the case lube made by Hornady. Their item number is 050009. I have resized around 3000 .223 and 1000 .308 cases without a stuck case. The last two days I have resized about 750 cases. I have about 300 to 400 more to go.
I am using a Lyman size and de-caping die. Before finding this lube I would stick a case about every 1000 rounds and use the RCBS case remover.
Another thing I noticed is that I had about 200 cases that were not cleaned as well as the others. The necks were dirtier and this made a noticeable difference in the effort needed to pull the button back through the case neck.
