I wanted to come back here and state that the advice to use Imperial Die Wax (IDW)
was sound and I am using it now for my .223/5.56mm case sizing.
That stuff is amazing ! It is worth the effort to acquire it if you can't find it locally,
which was my problem ! Had to go to Amazon and mail order it.
Have not had any stuck cases now that I use IDW.
I want to add something to this.
I noticed a MUCH lower force is required if I lube the inside of the case necks with
a .30 cal swab with IDW and a drop of Hoppe's #9 (to make it flow better).
If you judge how the sizing is going by the force required on your press handle,
lubing the inside of the next with IDW helps tremendously.
Thanks guys for the advice, in the face of my resistance to adopt IDW.

PS - Someone at the range advised me to sew some cotton cloth (old T-Shirt?)
to the inside of the Caldwell AR-15 Brass Catcher so as to not allow red hot case necks
to melt into the plastic netting. Several hot cases had done that very thing and I
am going to do the cotton cloth thing when I have the time and inclination.
