Caramel pecan banana pancakes
- Pre roast pecans in butter and coat with Cinnamon /sugar
- Prep Scratch Pancake batter ( try sweet beer batter pancakes)
- slice bananas
- Prep light caramel ( sugar, butter, dash of spiced rum, dash kosher salt, vanilla, thin to flowing consistency)
- Add pecans and bananas until they'r heated
- Splash Hot pancakes with melted sweet cream butter
- Ladle on the caramel pecan banana mixture
- add a little MAPLE syrup if needed
Plate with a shot of heavy Romanoff sauce (Sour cream, vanilla, brown sugar, spiced rum, Gran Marnier) or sweetened vanilla whipped cream.
