Caramel pecan banana pancakes


  • Pre roast pecans in butter and coat with Cinnamon /sugar
  • Prep Scratch Pancake batter ( try sweet beer batter pancakes)
  • slice bananas
  • Prep light caramel ( sugar, butter, dash of spiced rum, dash kosher salt, vanilla, thin to flowing consistency)
  • Add pecans and bananas until they'r heated
  • Splash Hot pancakes with melted sweet cream butter
  • Ladle on the caramel pecan banana mixture
  • add a little MAPLE syrup if needed

Plate with a shot of heavy Romanoff sauce (Sour cream, vanilla, brown sugar, spiced rum, Gran Marnier) or sweetened vanilla whipped cream.
