    160 grain .45 mold loads

I have a Lee 160 grain SWC mold that drops a pretty bullet. I'd like to try this thing in my S&W 45 auto but have no idea where to start . I have PB, Blue DOt ,2400 and unique on hand. It looks like it would be a low recoil slug, which I would enjoy!

buy some bullseye. Put a light spring in your gun and run about 3.5-5 grains. I doubt if a 160 is going to run well with a stock spring.
