Rossi 92 thread pitch and diameter

What is the diameter and pitch for the front tang sight screw and the rear tang through bolt?

    Are they metric or SAE?

Might check with Steve's guns in Texas, he is the Rossi specialist.

    Front tang sight screw?

Wasn't aware that any of them came with a factory front tang sight screw, only the rear tang through screw. Is this possibly an aftermarket part?

If you are talking the octagon barrel version which is D&T'd at the factory the front plug screw is 10-32.

Thanx fecmech, you come through with useful information once again!

And unless I am mistaken the rear is metric . . .

    Isn't it?

Thank you once again. I know that info had to be somewhere.

Wonder if that is truly a mismatch/mixing in thread size/style or the front screw is metric and just happens to match an SAE thread.
