I loaded up some 577 Snider and went to the gunclub and shot them.
I got to find a bunch of brass while I was there.
    Double score!!!

Bought a small toolbox to keep the ultimate cannelure tool in. Labeled it so I don't forget what's in it. Went to find a spot for it in the reloading area and thought better of it. Made room on a shelf in the basement where the humidity is controlled. I don't want this fine piece of machining to rust

Finished gas checking, sizing and retumble lubing some Lee 312-155-2R castings. Loaded to the crimp groove and test fired some over 15gr of W296 for 300AAC. I was so happy with the looks and function of the completed rounds (1800fps ave and nicely accurate) that I bought Lil Gun and Reloader 7 as two more 300AAC powders to play with. Followed that up with loading to the cannelure and then testing some M2 projectiles over 15.1gr of W296. Very impressed with those as well.

Working on my second Missouri drop sleve shirt. Went to a local hardware store today , more of a new and use second hand type of place. Scored a five pound roll of solder for $5.98 like the price tag said. He has more one pounders partials and a pan of lead he mentioned. I'll go back and grab it all.

I'm looking at it through the kitchen door. Two days straight of OSHA training is boring and I'd rather be in the garage reloading. I think I have 90 minutes left.

Took some scrap 10 gauge cold rolled and made a clone strong mount of my 650 mount. I'm going to mount my rock chucker up to a more convenient level. It's raining now so I'll finish it later by making a convertible mounting plate for it to mount my star and bench primer.

Last night I applied copper gas checks to 78 Lee 312-155-2R bullets for 300AAC (to complete another box of 100 loaded rounds) and retumble lubed with 45/45/10. Since those need to sit overnight, l sat down and cast 500 or so Lee 356-124-RN for 9mm from COWW water dropped just to relax and enjoy an episode or two of BAA BAA Blacksheep.

Discovered the small pushrod in my RCBS pocket swagger was bent.
Called RCBS and the CS lady is sending me the new improved ( tempered) in both sizes.
She said Merry Christmas when I ask the price.
That swagger unit was from the "70s and they still replaced it.
    Information not shared. is wasted.

    NOOOOO!!!!!

Have you messed with any reduced loads?
I just wish my 35 Remington offered me more so I could keep it.

Without rifle hunting in MA I don't find much use for it. If rather plink with the 357/38 or the 45/70 from wild to mild.

If I lived in a rifle state I would LOVE the 35 Remington for sure.

I wish that bullet would work in 357 in my 1894

    Great pics man.
