JB Welded some loose mold handles. I thought about pinning them but thought I'd try the lazy man's approach.

We shall see if they can stand the heat in the kitchen...

I have had great luck with JB. BUT, I also grind the steel so the JB has more surface area to really grab. I have had some going 5 years plus.

Did a bit of Mold maintenance.
Checked a bunch of molds to see if Ballistol was still doing it's job.

Powder coated about 350 40 cal boolits intended for 40 S&W. While they were cooking I GC'd (with my homemade gas checks) and resized about 150 40 cal boolits intended for 10mm...

Built a workbench yesterday for bullet casting work. Had this old rolling steel frame from a color separation machine that's been out in my shop for years. Bought a sheet of 3/4" plywood, cut it to fit, put some bracing in underneath and it's ready to go. Thought I'd use it this weekend, but the weather report is crapping out so maybe I'll just work on the internal shelving. When I'm not casting my lead pot and equipment will be stored underneath and I'll be able to use the work top for other work.

Yesterday I loaded some .308” 125 gr Nosler Ballistic Tips that I found in the bullet drawer in my ultra modern .30 cal cartridge - the .30 Short Flanged Needmoor- AKA 30-30 Winchester.......
They kind of look like .17 HMRs on steroids.

Loaded part #3 of my Accurate 40-180BG 10mm odyssey. Part 3 is 18 boolits in an effort to fine tune my load.
Then I resized about 400 boolits that are intended for my 40 S&W loads.

Tested more 10mm... Got some good #s with good accuracy:
    Stats - Average 1302.38
    Stats - Highest 1319.39
    Stats - Lowest 1294.46
    Stats - Ext. Spread 24.93
    Stats - Std. Dev 9.3

It is AA#9 with a gas check Accurate 40-180 BG (with home made gas checks) boolit that was powder coated. It was fairly "warm" recoil wise, but pretty darn accurate...

Too cold to do any reloading, but melted down some loose wheel weights into ingots. After skimming off the clips got about 5 1/2 pounds. Fluxed with clean sawdust.
