Now Im even more doped up on pain meds and have lydocane patches on my back while laying in bed....
It took 4 hours to cast them but it also took almost 4 hours to clip the buckshot off the sprews.
The buckshot is now in the tumbler.

Made another 15 350s with my 125 grain boolit. It's another attempt at Alliant 2400 to see if I can get some consistent velocities...

    YOUZA DOC!!! ♥️♥️♥️

I been doing same but in a smaller Scale of 3/5# at a time!!

I ran the tumblers for couple hours last night to try and round them out. Momma was not too happy. So couldnt run them overnight. Of coarse I forgot to plug them in before leaving for work...

Today I powder coated all 80lbs of 00 Buck Shot, 50lbs I did just Signal Blue... The other 30 I mixed 1/2 Red and 1/2 Silver. I dont know if I like that combo yet and will have to see it in the light tomorrow....

And yet again I am doping myself up on pain meds, Way over did it today again.

    Doc,
    That is impressive !
In my youth I would cast from 2 20lb pots, back to back. When one ran low, I'd fill it with ingots & sprue then switch to the other pot on opposite end of picnic table. Did 200lbs on one Saturday, 3 4cav molds.
Spent Sunday on icepacks. Ached all week, and I was only 35 at the time.
Never ever cast more then 80lbs in an single session again.
As I stood and looked at all those 50cal ammo cans on Monday night, I said to myself; Now you hafta put every single one thru a Lube-Sizer.

Today I just unwrapped bags & bags of Beautifully Cast & PC'd Bullets from CWLONGSHOT.

    Doc,
I did take breaks, I had to do a Coffee in / Coffee out. And refill/relite my pipe.
And I was in My early 30's.

And Yep, I drank coffee & smoked while casting in those days.
I also wore gloves while casting, but I did take them off for coffee and smoking.

I’m new enough to this PC stuff to not fully understand the need to PC buckshot, other than we can. It’s certainly not typically going to be leading up a barrel when inside a wad. I must say, it’s purty stuff though.

I have 3 grandkids ages 3 to 7 and I dont want them touching lead so I powder coat the buckshot as well as everything else that sits around unloaded.

Plus... If any California Condors fly up here looking for lead shot to eat, they wont get lead poison from mine

I looked up some dimensions on AR15 handles, I worked on a Rem 700 washer to replace the recoil lug on a new rifle project. I also loaded up another 100 rounds of 357 SIG afterward.

i use a lee trimmer for my brass ,every now and then the case loosens when spinning especially 45-70 brass.so i had an idea ,found some bottle caps that just fit over the case holder drilled a hole in it so i can put case in holder slide cap over the case and holder ,no more wobble even if you push against the side of case to buff it up.works a treat hope it helps someone elses trimming chore.

I'm in day 2 of "load all the 40s". I decided that I would go out to the garage and load 100 boolits / day after work. I've got about 5 days left.
