Cast a bunch of MP 359640.
Lubed up the first half with carnauba red (some blue was left in the sizer so it’s a little purple-ish) then ran out of lube. So I put in a fresh stick of BAC and sized the rest.

Just finished casting the last of my boolit alloy. Have to fire up the big pot as soon as the weather breaks and mix up some more.

Finished de Flashing my 300BLK formed from my LC .223 mixed HStamps done professionally, as it was a LOT cheaper.

The mouths of the case were not smooth enough for me.

Next step to start Priming the 1000 cases.

    Thx,

Cleaned out my ProMelt to get first casting session done in months. After some aggravation was able to get some MP 358-429s made up with deep HP for another member here.

Felt good to be at the table.

Is that the Lee RNFP mold? If so what are you shooting it in and what are you seating it to?
For my Witness I have to seat it to 1.110" otherwise it hangs up on the plunk test.

I was able to walk to my shed and retrieve a battery charger, without carrying O2. Maybe took five minutes or so, then I had to repent and go sit down with the air hose back in my nostrils. To watch me try to breathe you'd think I was 97 or older with emphysema. But I made it!

No I buy these , they are similar to the Lee 200 but they work in all my autos @ 1.190 I also use them in 45 colt
In autos I use them in SA xds and xde and a 1911 a sig p220 and HK usp-c in revolver both cylinders of a Ruger 45 convertible . They shoot well in all for my use. Two of my shooting buddies use them in sig 1911 and remmington 1911 and a S&W shield also a Walther PPQ I think it is and 2 Glock 45s
    I cast a 255 rnfp and a 230 and 200 tl 45s
This is the Co. I buy them from. My free lead supply dried up and I buy a lot of cast now.

Thanks onelight, that looks pretty close though it does look longer than the Lee. This one is .525" long while the Lee 200gr SWC IS .640"

Still haven't made it out to test fire these as I did something to my right shoulder and it is painful to try and raise my Metal Witness and hold it on target.

I would really like to shoot a witness in 45 I am a big fan of the CZ75 and it's clones but have never handled one in 45.

Miserable weather here so I sized the last of the coated boolits I had on hand, then set up the SDB to spend the afternoon loading them.

Thank you again, See the Ortho Dr. on Monday.
I bought this Witness used and from what I've been able to find out is that it was imported in Dec 1992 and has been well taken care of. It has the typical CZ/Witness tight barrel and shoots like a dream. I fights reloads tremendously, and hates lead SWC's. I even have difficulties with .452" plated bullets though I found using R*P brass helps. Of all my pistols it is my pride and joy.
