I’m glad I’m not alone! I wish I could fire from my driveway. Actually I wish I had a driveway LOL. City life.... ugh.

Received some cool new ammo boxes and placed 200 40 S&W boolits in them...
    Attachment 240737

I like the new boxes - they are much smaller than the plastic ones.

I made up three dummie 450 Bushmasters to test OAL & Function in a Ruger American.

I doubt Ill use these super heavyweights (450&425g) but its nice to know I have options. Last one was a solid Copper 225 HP I discovered on the cheap. Its a Magtech bullet designed for the 454 so I cannot push it too hard.

Im waiting on a GB boolit to do some testing in this caliber. So Ill try these at same time at ablut same velocities.

I finally came across a screw to fit the rear portion of the stock on a Lee Enfield No4 MK2. The screw replaces the older (sometimes brass) riveted piece that reinforces the wood just above the trigger guard area. The screw was mildly bent so a few quick taps of my machinist hammer and voila!!
    Now the rifle is complete!

Lubed and sized 1000 Elco boolits and checked/lubed/sized 200 277-135RF today. I cast about 800 of the Lee boolit, but ran out of checks. Guess what I'll be doing tmro. Yup, making checks.

Put an old yellowish image Weaver K4 on my old Nylon 66 to see if it worked. It does so it can stay put for awhile. My search for another Redding model P shotgun receiver sight continues.....shot the last of the Lee 230 TC in the .45 P97. Stellar accuracy; a couple needed a thumb shove to close the slide. I’ll seat them a scooch deeper next time.

I spent last evening dismantling my Lee 4-20 the replace the stem & seat and pot in my "Drip-O-Matic", I stil have to finish reassembling the valve mechanism, but before re-installing the valve rod I want to spin it into the seat with some valve lapping compound in the fervent hope it won't leak when I'm done

Then I'll drop the old pot into my de-rusting bath.

Dissassembling this melting furnace has made me decide to plan on building my own bottom pour furnace, but I'll make the pot of something more durable, I've got some 4" Inconel tubing around!

Getting ready to mess with a 6.5x55 M96 Swede.

Found some NOS Remington brass, and started prepping some of it. Full length sized 47 pieces, length checked, chamfered and deburred. Then into the tumbler.

I've got some purchased cast boolits, next week I hope to load some up with 2400, and see if this thing even shoots.

Nothing yet, but I got a new Lee mold, a 358-125 rf that I'm gonna try in my 9mm. I know the same boolit in the 158 gr. configuration will chamber in my Ruger. I suspect I'll need to size them to .357 for my CZ.

Been casting and powder coating, several thousand 358242, 95gr, boolits. Leaving them unsized until needed, can use them in 38 S&W, 38 spl, 357 mag, 9 mm and 380 acp. Stocking piling for use when unable to no longer cast.

Cleaned the 38 special cases and 223 cases I shot at the range yesterday. Ended up with some new 223 brass swept up at the range and cut the primer crimp out of those. Tumbled the 38's and reloaded them with 3 grains of Red Dot and 356-95RF. Still tumbling the 223.

True Blue does meter well. It's also a bit on the lively side!
But it shoots nice and clean for me....

Yesterday I finished up depriming, tumbling and sorting my brass stash. Finally! I started this project after Christmas. I have about 1-1/2 gallons of spent primers from this project. I also resized all of the straight wall cases. This afternoon I'll start loading some 223's.

After I saw that the Nascar race was canceled I broke in my new mold. I cast maybe 100 or so good boolits. A few hours later after they cooled I sized and lubed them to .357, hoping that they'll feed into the CZ... I'll find out tomorrow. Hopefully.
