Over the week I loaded some test loads of 44-40, a ladder of 303british for subsonic test, a ladder of 9mm 158gr pb, another 200 9mm with 124gr lee Lrn. Tumble lubed some lee c240-430 swc sized and crimped gas checks on. Started decaping and resizing some 44 mag brass got distracted when I only sized about 3/8 of one and took it out of the die and thought to my self they gee it sure resembles a 44-40 at witch point I realize I was late for a bank appointment I forgot about an the rest has nothing to do with Boolits

Yesterday I took a look at the brass I ordered from Everglades and was pleased that the headstamps appear to be LC! This morning I was reading a thread about press ram lube and had to go clean up the old single stage Lee. I’ve kept it lubed over the years, but never did a deep clean/lube. It needed it after doing a bunch of decapping.

I'm just curious what you used. I wipe of the exposed part of my ram pretty often and wipe on a thin film of light weight oil. I'm just finishing up a marathon session of depriming and plan to break mine down soon. Thinking about a coating of STP or wheel bearing grease on the pins and sticking with the light oil on the ram. I'm thinking about drilling and tapping a few places and installing grease fittings. I'm still undecided about that.

Cleaned up my bench a little. Mounted a 3-hole turret press I got a few months ago to speed up production of 9mm. I single stage everything since I’m still new, but I got the press nearly free and figured it was time to speed it up

Brought my Lee Classic Cast turret press on a Lee reloading stand in from the garage. Left it up at the cabin all spring/summer/fall, and never got around to loading anything. My usual at home reloading area (den)has been disassembled to use as a old computer workshop, so the portable setup in my living room for a few days works out great. So got around to doing 250 rds of .38 SPC LSWCHP +P'ish. Hornady 158 gr swaged LSWCHP. 5.5 gr of Alliant Power Pistol. Next up is 200 rds of .44 SPC 240 gr LSWCHP over 7.5 grs of Hodgdon Universal, then found my can of Universal was about 80% empty. Need to run over to Cabellas tomorrow and see if they have any Universal, Unique or AA 5 in stock.

Cast about 650 boolits from my new 35-125yg mold.

    Attachment 236171

Then powder coated/sized about 120 for testing.

    Then deprimed/resized/trimmed about 100 44 mag cases...

Deprimed, annealed, and tumbled 145 pieces of 7.62x54R.

Then I cleaned the primer pockets, and brushed the inside of the necks. Will it help at the monthly Military Bolt-gun match ?

    I have no idea....

Assembled 5 cat sneeze 06, with 6 gr. Of tite group, over drilled out flash hole, seated Ppb, pc boolit. 160 gr projectile, fired out front door of horse barn, hit hay barn which I wasn’t aiming at. Made a nice round hole in said barn tho. Felt like 22 magnum recoil. I’m going to love playing with this when can get to my rain soaked range maybe next week. Seed potatoes got planted to.

Started tumbling 9mm brass again today. Put the first load in about 0600. I'll dry and sort that load while another one tumbles. In between, I'll keep a fire going in the fireplace for Mama and Kitty and watch it rain!

Powder coated a Lymon 1# ingot for the wife to use holding her art paper down and doesn’t get lead marks on her paper, and its raining hard and lightning severely. Hope power stays on.
