did you rebate the rime a little?
Deprimed more .223 brass. Got tired of not "feeling" if the pin was in the flash hole. So started using the shell holder and a spare Lee universal depriming pin like a Lee hand deprimer. Went faster.
Another round of casting 38s done.

Cast 500 NOE 45-230TL boolets for our .45 Colts. Just got it last week on their 20% off sale. Took me about a 100 to get the temp and timing right, then the new 3 cavity worked like a champ. Need to write out some notes for next time! hc18flyer
Started about Tuesday moving all of my 9mm brass into the house to process. Started washing it, tumbling it, resizing it and sorting it by head stamp to store away, or load. I think these guys reproduce if not separated! Over the winter months I plan to do all of my pistil brass. The 40's are next.
rebuilt my wooden shotgun shell loading blocks. Made the base below the holes removeable so when I drip the water glass on the top of the brass cases and some gets down in the hole, oops, I can take bottom off to dremel sand the dried lump off.

Put a box of 9mm in the tumbler for cleaning. Then they will be loaded up.
I did however, manage to load 500 rounds of 9mm with Lee 356-125 2R casts Hi-Tek Coated Black Cherry yesterday.

Seated some more RCBS 22-55-FN over a charge of Herco in some .223 Remington cases .

Continued breaking down the 4400 9mm cartridges I loaded before I discovered they leaded the barrel on my Hi Power. I've been at it for two days now and only have another 4000 to go. It ain't much fun though. Progressive presses can make about as many problems for you as they solve by being able to make a lot of ammo quickly. Lesson learned. MAKE SURE that ammo is what you want and will work in your gun BEFORE you make 4400 rounds of it. HAW!!!
The America I love was when the engine was a V-8, the exhausts were dual, the shift was four on the floor, the white walls were wide, the chrome was thick, the women were straight, and there was no such thing as the as the EPA.
Why not leave them assembled and use Lee liquid Alox Lube on the outside,

skeettx just gave you a good piece of information to try. I remember reading about different people trying that very thing and it worked for them. It might for you as well.
