Emptied and rearranged the shed. My part got a new cabinet to store powders and handloads. Still have to go and rearrange the bench, but now have a bit more room to place things. Still have some stuff to either sell or remelt.

Look at post 3483. I loaded and shot some of these today in a scoped Blackhawk. Instead of 296 I used surplus '4759' which is pull down powder from 30 carbine. Worked pretty good. The morning ice gave way to some rain and then that quit. It's wet and cold. Nice having a range out back.

The reloob was with a RCBS loob-sizer that I bought from someone here on the board and still had some soft green loob in it, so I used it.
It ain't rocket science, it's boolit science.

Loaed up 6 rounds of my new cast bullets 200g ...they averaged 205g ..with 11.5 g of Unique pushing it right at 1300 fps...shot real well, started with a clean gun 8 3/8 smith and they shot well checked the bore over real good and didnt see any signs of leading , this is my first time tumble lubing with 45-45-10 , eventually im going to try the hi-tech cook on stuff , man cave is going to look like a kitchen slash Lab after I add all the extras I have in store for it ... now im melting down pure lead into ingots that I recived in the mail today , will probly size and prime a bunch of brass after that , since it raining out I cant do much around the place here today , so I get to play today , Happy shooting everone

Alternated casting RCBS 35-200FP & LEE 309-150FP until the pot was empty. I'll sort/count/cull them tomorrow. My .300 BO, 30-30, & .358 are hungry. Misty and cold today- perfect casting weather. Best, Thomas.

Felt the need to pull the ram on my special 5 cause it was sticking at one point. Pulled the ram on my Rock chucker too cause why not, already doing one. Cleaned the rams and sleeves and then gave them a little coating of Mobil 1 5w-30 full synthetic. Just like the truck. Both are slicker than snot on a doorknob now.
Ill try anything once, twice if I forgot

I worked on lube sizing RCBS 30-150-CM that I had cast the other day and then finished casting what was in the pot. Now back to the sizer.

I was casting and then my LEE Casting pot died. Off to Midway to go buy another one. Only took 18 years for this one to die.

I cast 100 9MM pills and lubed 160 .45 ACP's that I cast last weekend. It's raining and cold here so no shooting for me.

I didn't do anything in the reloading room but I did buy some stuff for the reloading room.

I bought some reloading presses from a friend of mine.
I bought a Dillon Square deal in 45 ACP. I also bought a Lee Pro 1000 as part of a package deal.

Going to Keep the Dillon sell the Lee

    Cleaned and straightened it!
I also fondled some ingots. I just had to touch them.

$8/100 is motivation ........Alas they are back to just $6/100 last I looked . If it doesn't work out for me it's not a huge deal since there's a couple 1000 put back from the $3.50/100 "glory days" .

I've got the press mounted version for #11 caps. What do you use for priming compound?
