    Keep reminding me......
I have 200 308s to neck up to 358 but the 250 1x 1 lot of 30-30 keep distracting me.

I just sat and tried to make a list of what I have and what I need to meet my goals ....... It's completely overwhelming. The Colts are next ......but maybe I should ......... No the Colts ARE next.

Last night I installed the new sizer die in my Star sizer and sized 500 9mm. Shout out to lathesmith for the fine job he does on these sizers.

another run of 38 spec wadcutters this morning, looks like I've got the indexing fixed on the LnL, not a single hiccup this morning.
My feedback page if you feel inclined to add:

Separated almost 7 gal. of mixed WWs, in the cooler temps. One more bucket to go and it's time to melt. I've waited 3 months to do these.
    Information not shared. is wasted.

Yesterday I tested a couple rounds. I set up my chrony and used a stack of magazines duct taped together as a back stop and fires a new "house gun" load (150 gr. DEWC over a hefty charge of W231). Two shots, not enough to disturb neighbors (and it was raining kinda loud) and I got 804 fps average from my 2" .38. Penetration 2 1/2" in tightly packed magazines/newsprint. It'll do...

Having a ball playing with the Mossberg .30-30. Testing some reduced loads - Lee TL314-90SWC, sized to .311.
Tried 3.5g Promo, got 1.25" group at 25yds, iron sights, 988 fps. Went to 4.0g Promo, got 4" groups, 1080fps.
So, I've loaded up some 3.7g loads to try. Trying for 1025fps or so, keep it subsonic. If I don't get the accuracy I want, I'll just drop back down to the 3.5g load.
    Mercy sakes, this is fun....

Worked on some more 9mm.Attachment 178286
Trying my hand at powder coating. Took 2 coats using the HF yellow.

Did look good on the smash test. Only lead showing was where I was holding them with the pliers while I smashed them.Attachment 178287

Also took the time to finish sizing and lubing the rest that I had cast.Attachment 178293

Ran 170 pieces of 308 up into 358 Win .
    Loaded a few 358-200s and 358432s to test a theory .
Ordered NOE 358-88 RNFP and 358-228 FP XCB .
Ordered a Schofield shell holder , a 50 cal Minnie , and some other things .

That new to me A4 Max is really nice for running brass . I still hate the Lee decapping rods . It is better with some stoning on the on the edges .

So that is where all the 308 brass is going. I should have known.

Loaded up a box of LBT 280 WFNs for my scoped 10" Contender in .45 LC. I use trimmed Starline .454 cases in this pistol, and with 14.5 grains of BlueDot and a coal of 1.735" (not crimped) it averages two-moa 5-shot groups at 50 and 100 yards. While I was at it I also loaded a box of the 280s for my .45LC BH, these in crimped FC brass and 12.5 grains of BlueDot. Not as accurate as the scoped T/C but still satisfying!

    Great day
Fitted a 9mm barrel to my Llama Extra. A 6" barrel with the outside contour of the 45 ACP and using
a 45 barrel bushing. Put the lightweight 38 Super barrel in stasis
Went to the range and she shot great, chomp, chomp
Came home and loaded 3 or 4 hundred 9mm with 800-X (great to have the long barrel)
I have used up all my 4756 and now moved over to 8 or so cans of 800-X.
When they are loaded, I will look for some other powder in the storage vault.
Trying to get down to 231, Bullseye, Unique, 296 and 2400.

Now wish I could find a 9mm barrel for my Star Super A.
I shoot 9mm Largo in the Star, CZ-52, Colt Lightweight Commander, and did in the Llama Extra.

Loaded some .357 plinking loads...tried to resolve a powder measure issue...not sure if I succeeded with the measure. I will give it a go tomorrow to see if it acts right.

Didn't do anything today. Yesterday cleaned up some brass. Friday loaded some 380 with MP 358-93 HP. A few days ago loaded some 429303's for my 44's and some 457130 for 45 colt and 45 ACP. Hope they shoot well.
